Autumn is the founder and creator of Mighty Mommies Fitness based in Los Angeles, California.  Her classes and DVDs are choreographed to help women safely and effectively build strength and flexibility while increasing energy and stamina throughout their pregnancy.

Autumn’s passion for health and fitness is founded in her dance background. A dancer for life as she calls herself, Autumn started her training at a very young age and continues it to this day. She credits her intense training and dedication to dance with teaching her the principles of body alignment, movement, and proper breathing.   Over the years she has taken this knowledge and applied it to physical fitness.

As a new mom herself, Autumn can personally relate to the joys, challenges and questions of her clients.  She is committed to providing women with information and opportunities to enhance their health and fitness both during and after pregnancy.
